Nice map, I'm sure anyone trying to navigate KL on foot will appreciate this!
Here's the Wiki of Ice and Fire's list of named streets and squares. You missed to name a few.
Please reproduce the error and provide the full console output via pastebin.com
I sometimes connect via vpn and have no issue with it - other than that it's painfully slow.
It'd help if you'd provide the error log. Press ctrl + shift + i after opening the launcher, then do whatever caused the error and copy the console output to pastebin.com and share it with us.
Apologies for not replying earlier.
You need at least 4GB of RAM for WesterosCraft alone (due to all the custom blocks) - and your system requires a bunch of it to run aswell. I'm afraid you can't get it to work with the 4G you have available.

Hal outlines what needs to be done with the information provided in the Almanach here, regardless of whether the WCU idea is going to be continued or not.
OK.
Another thing I want to emphasise - this take-over comes a bit out of the blue for the mod team. We in no way wish to discourage the re-discovery of the game design aspect of the community; we all noted your eagerness to contribute and welcome your taking over responsiblity of a side...
Bit surprised, but great someone's willing to pick this up again. Let me know if you need to know anything, I've been involved in most of the design processes in the past. I provided an overview of our resources here.
Just to point something out, because I think it's important to differentiate...
