Hoi! Ant and I are applying for the Arl's Estate located in the Arl's Quarter. Arl's Estate is an estate that used to be outside of the city surrounded with orchards and gardens yet taken within the city walls in the last few decades, however, it still keeps some of its gardens and orchards around it.
