Unable To Visit Anything On The Page Or Open The Game

Ok so i visited the troubleshooting guide and i updated my java and tryed to open the production server again but it just wont open.. i press update, it updates and then i choose the production server and i press launch minecraft , the buttons become fainter for a second and then they appear again and nothing happens.. then i visit the page and try to roam and find more information but wherever i go it says ''error:the page cannot be reached''... i've also tried downloading it in technic launcher but it says that that there is some kind of error and i need to contact the publisher.. i've used the ''forge'' that the site gives for the vanilla minecraft but it crashes... if anyone knows what i have to do please help!
