Unable to launch

The launcher is not working. I've clicked "update", "launch Minecraft". Nothing is working. Please help.

Make sure you have the production server selected. How can you tell? Make sure that on the very bottom line it says WesterosCraft Production Server. In my experience, the "nothing happening" bug is due to there being no server selected.

I've got "WesterosCraft Production" all right, but it's still not working sadly. It does say "12/100" next to it though. Does that mean there are 12 people logged on or is that a progress bar?

Yea that means 12/100 are online. Is there anthything under the Log tab? If so, could you past that here so I can see what the error is? Also, feel free to read the troubleshooting guide to determine the error if you haven't already.
