I cannot add or decrease memory RAM

Heyoo!

I am unable to add or decrease memory RAM for the Westeroscraft launcher. It launches and begins to load all the mods and forge jazz on the Mojang screen and just sorta stays there when it's about halfway done. It says I have a total of 3.2G but the available amount changes every time I start it (as shown on the pictures below):

Has anyone had a similar issue? Could anyone help?

Unfortunately, you will need a minimum of 3GB (we recommend 4GB, though) of to get on our server. The reason why the "Available" amount changes is that your computer is using more or less energy running other things in the background at various times. As a result, I don't think you will be able to get on our server unless you add more memory to your computer.
