Not sure if the link will work but this village in France has amazing stonework. Having dark cobble, cobble, and rubble blocks in the same sort of saturation as the RK sandstone would be really cool! Particularly with a lighter stone mortar, rather than a darker mortar.

Would be particularly useful in parts of Dorne I imagine

Yeah I was thinking about it around Vaith as one of the titles the house holds is "Lord of the Red Dunes" according to FFC appendix, as well as in parts of the Red Mountains, Red Temples in the Shadow City + Planky Town. Could also be good for Griffin's Roost.
