Ok, here I post this thread to inform Bushy is finished, now, it needs post approval, Ramen is the first mod who approve the project, but Demod is the second one is out. This means I need another mod for the post approval please. The application is in the antique forum.

Hey jmc,

Most of the app looks fine to me, I especially like the surrounding area plans, it looks pretty detailed & realistic.

My main concerns are with the town & house style.

Town plotting:

I don't think there should be any high class houses (the blue ones) at all. The rich merchant selling expensive goods doesn't make any sense in a small town populated largely by peasants and farmers. Merchants typically had businesses in larger, trading towns in the late middle ages; if they sold goods to smaller towns at all, they only did it by travelling, they didn't set up a permanent residence or anything.

I don't think the other merchant house or the trade council make sense either, for similar reasons. Different social classes didn't really develop like this in small, peasant towns. Only really in large market towns that developed in the late middle ages (like stoney sept, fairmarket, etc.)

I like the idea of the covered market in the town (since it is on the gold road and would probably have a lot of traders and merchants moving through) but I don't think it should be a full fledged market town with established merchants, trade councils, etc. I don't think the town is large enough to justify that.

House style:

I think wood and daub/wattle are way too jumbled in the current house style, especially in the middle class house. I think I'd prefer a style similar to that of the inspiration image you used for the town.

Hi guys, after a time, I noticed Bushy town become slighty outdated, being the update a little work that can be achived easily. this means that with little and simple works bushy town can look much better than is formerly.

The task to achieve are the following ones:

1: the removal of clunky overhangs
2: the removal of logs in facade
3: the removal of odd shaped roofs (mushroom shaped ones into triangular ones).
4: the removal of wooden framing in thatch roofs (no medieval house had these sorts of frames.
5: the removal of wooden fences in windows

these is an image of the current state, and the new looking

Hey @jmcmarq
Was reviewing the wiki, and I saw that there isn't any Bushy article
Would be great if you could write one!

Thanks
