Request: Inverted chains

Request Type: General Addition

Try to describe all workarounds and associated issues that make it necessary to add this block in your eyes.
Just chains that don't sit on the bottom of the block but at the top. Would open up a number of possible detailing, ie. for draw bridges or in combination with aslant covers to create window hatches that open vertically instead of horizontally (imagine the chain block undereath the cover in the image). I tried bugging these together but it doesn't work.

Would be useful to have this in rope but also carpet/halfdoor (to stop trapdoors being used like that), horizontal wattle screens (for grain kilns, sketchy flooring, drying racks, basic shelves, baskets and cages). and maybe also iron bar/halfdoor thickness cage blocks. so we can do windows and cages without those big flat plates visible from below
