Hey Ragga, welcome back! Always great to see an old builder returning.

The apphouse looks good; no issues there. I'm sure you know the drill, but I'll give you a few challenge builds and feedback just to catch you up to current standards. Since you requested a batch of assignments to work on in your own time and submit as you finish them, I'm happy to oblige - just keep in mind that I may not be able to give detailed feedback on each one. Here's a list of recent builds that I'd suggest; for each one you can make an original town house (or farmstead) in that style:
