Hey, I feel like the keep could be a bit more elaborated, rather than looking like a holdfast. I'll be online later today so I can show you what I mean

That chateau looks 19th century given how fresh the stone is and how clean the lines are. Gorgeous tho

I added a small Update to my application. I'll talk about the size of the Layout and then explain my plans for the actual hop plantation!

Although I like the app, the hop tests, and the castle (agreed with Lemon that it's nice to have a small holdfast-ish castle for a small House like this one), I'm going to disapprove (if that's a thing) the location.
These lands belong to House Rowan (goldengrove), which is one of the major Houses of the Reach, and it'd definitely have large lands to rule on.
I'd avise you to look for another place: there are still many Houses that need to be done, big and small ones. Close by, you have Hamell, just a bit north-east, south of Falwell, for example.
