Probation build number 1: A small carpenter's house (no chimney) at /warp rhymerton. I've completed the "first draft," so to speak, and am now awaiting feedback. :)
If you need to take a look in-game and have trouble finding it, the house is just to the southwest of the town's warp point and is tagged with green stained glass.

Update: My Brandy Bottom house has been approved by the build leader of the area! I guess that means that one's done, unless anyone thinks something else needs to be changed. Over at Rhymerton, I placed a "done" block over my house since I addressed the critiques from the leader of that project. Just thought I'd report on how that's going.

Hey Bionicle! Congrats on passing on your builder app and welcome to the team. :D

I'll be your probation leader for the following month. I think you already know the deal: you need to build at least 5 houses in 5 different projects. I'll go over those (and all others you build) and give you feedback. I always prefer to give feedback directly to you, but I may post it in here or leave it directly in the builds if necessary. If by the next month you are up to standards you'll be approve as a full builder.

Also, on three notes: no need to post the pics of the houses in the thread, just the coords and the closest warp is enough; about the done block, you can place it after you finish building the house, independently if it was reviewed or approved already (but be sure to always check!); and, on the last note, the project lead has the final say on the houses in their projects, so if they say the house is approved, better not to change anything without telling them first.

Good luck and if you have any questions you can send them to me :)

Hey Bionicle! So I decided to go ahead and have a look at your two first houses. The second one, as you said, is already approved, good job! But I have some feedback for your first one.

Firstly, you did pretty well the exts, I like the little working area to the right of the house. I left two notes tho, one for the crops on the yard and one for the flowers in front (this one more of a suggestion).

About the ints, I think it can improve a little, as they were feeling kind messy, so my suggestion is for you to try to think how the people living there would allocated everything, how would they walk around, etc. You have to find an equilibrium between occupying space and having space free. For you to better see what I mean I've made an example above the house with the same furnishing you used, just reallocated. If you have any questions, be sure to send me. :)

Thanks so much for the feedback, Ricardus! I look forward to you being my probation leader. I'm currently on the server working on house number 1 based on your suggestions, almost done updating it! Thanks for making the example version, it was very helpful.

Alrighty, I left some squashes on top of the example house. I think I've addressed everything but let me know if there's anything else that can be improved! I really love what your suggestions did for the interior, the space feels much better now.

Hey Bionicle, just to update things here: we've been thru together on all of your houses if I'm not mistaken, except for the seventh one. I had a look at it and it was already approved and I saw nothing wrong. Good job so far :)

With the end of your probation month nearing, I noticed that so far you built in 3 different projects. So I would like to ask you to build in 2 other projects, so we can go together thru different styles and make sure everything is good before your approval. I had a look around and apparently there are some plots open at /warp ashwoodHF and maybe at /warp ferren. Maybe there are some in Red Lake as well, but I'm not sure if those are open. You can always ask around too!

Also, you can give a try to one of the probbie-friendly minis Thamus has ;)

Thank you so much, Ric, for the update and the tips on where to find work! I've been searching for other locations with open plots on the live map and such, but I've been pretty busy lately and went on a brief trip over the weekend. I'll definitely be taking a look at these locations tomorrow and putting down a couple new houses.

Hey Ric, a couple quick questions: First, as a probie, can I build a barn? I've seen a few of those available around the server and would like to give it a try if possible. Second, I visited /warp ashwoodhf and some of the house plots aren't labeled. I'm curious what does that usually indicate? Does it mean the house owner has no occupation?
