Help, the Dynmap keeps refreshing endlessly.

I love using the map when I explore but recently I had it open and it just keeps refreshing every 2 seconds and I can't see anything. It is very annoying.
It won't show the players or anything either.

Ctrl F5 should fix it, you just need to clear the cache.
