Block Change Request: Will-o'-the-wisp

Request: Will-o'-the-wisp

Request Type: General Addition

Try to describe all workarounds and associated issues that make it necessary to add this block in your eyes.
Yes, the ghosts and haunted stories are true... maybe? maybe it's just physics...

A will-o'-the-wisp would be a great addition to swampy meadows, boggy terrain and swamps.
At night they act like a light source through the terrain, are interpreted as a house or a path and lead out into the moor. There lurks the sinking death.
Will-o'-the-wisps don't wander, but rather go out and blaze in the next place.

The block could work well with the bees and flies. The movement is there, you just have to replace the colors.
It must shine and move. Wildfire with a bluish cast would be a good template.

I have read a lot into the topic and can provide you with more information if the website is not sufficient for you.
You would hardly or not at all see the luminous effect during the day and with night vision. Only in the Night and Dark it would shine small.

As a flame,
Which oft, they say, some evil Spirit attends,
Hovering and blazing with delusive light,
Misleads the amazed night-wanderer from his way
To bogs and mires, and oft through pond or pool;
There swallowed up and lost, from succour far.

-Poem from some old book in my Granny's Library

Granny thought most of the wisps were large clusters of fireflies next to oddly glowing mushrooms and fungus, of which we have a few sections of the swamp in lower Alabama and lower Georgia which have these features. There were a few cases of drownings due to these occurrences in these areas with victims mostly drunkards and a few young people
