Just some feedback on the river that flows into the sunset sea. Its awfully straight and linear and doesn't really meander at all, despite being mostly over relatively flat ground. Please add more organic curves to its path and maybe think about wider bends and other features to make it seem 'real'
Another point which Azulejo highlighted is that Dorne is actually not meant to be entirely a big sandy desert. The deep desert with dunes is between the Hellholt, Sandstone, Vaith and the southern exit of the Princes Pass/Wide Way. Most of Dorne would be a desert closer to those in Spain and...
Easy way to do this would be to do a big polysel from the area all the way into where the northern hills will start and lift the whole completed part of the project up rather than trying to individually move the village itself imo. If you need a hand, just say so
Feedback I've got is that you probably shouldn't have the houses so close to the river unless they are on stilts or partly on stilts. There are good examples of this further up the Blackwater Rush at Stoney Sept. This would reduce the impact of flooding in autumn. I'd also move any sheds to the...
The walls are quite curved and like a living organism, rather than much straighter geometric walls.
Also I am wondering why the back o it is o badly burnt but there is no burnt ground or outer walling
Issue is that only the middle one of those images are examples of historical damascus steel. The top and bottom two appear to be pattern welded steel, or given a wash that makes it look like that, maybe even or potentially a ribbon folded steel. with the historical examples you can see where the...
I think we shouldn't have bare swords most of the time but instead have them in scabbards or with belt loops/frogs. preferably some swords with the belts wrapped around the scabbard too. If they have cover functionality, it'll look quite impressive and allow guard posts to feel much more ready...
I've been looking through the butcher's ball lore and came across the fact that Criston Cole's outriders, while going along the western coast of the Gods Eye, went through the village of Crossed Elms. While we do have a warp for it currently north west of Harrenhal, the outriders were ambushed...
I like the idea of having a pass/road from Hornvale to the gold road. It might be fun to have the road go up and down a few hills on the way in order to make distance feel a bit greater though
Additionally, it being a crownlands house makes it even more unlikely to have style similarities to fairmarket and stoney sept, which is partly Emots point
