Hey GoHummus
Thanks for your application and glad to see you're a fan of GoT and the fantasy genre, you've come to the right place!
Your application shows a lot of potential, it's clear you've put some thought into the house and have explored our custom block set.
I'll give you some general...
Thanks for everyone's thoughts so far. I'm more or less happy with the aesthetic/structural features but ruminating on the layout and floor plan. As I mentioned in the app I think all Targaryen architecture is going to be incongruous with real life historical inspiration to an extent, and to...
Jks, it's exciting to see some more love for the Northern clans (but you're right to be warned about how exhausting snow projects can be).
I like all your tests so far, it would be great if those houses you've designed could also be built diagonally, gives you a lot more flexibility with making...
Hey everyone, I've thrown together a test of a PvE concept to see how we might be able to manage fighting mobs in game. If you head over to /warp pve you'll be able to give it a try for yourselves.

I figure we might be able to setup discrete, self contained...
Thanks Staf, great job
Only thing would be to use northern wood fence in the chimney rather than bedrock.
Otherwise I think you're ready! I'm confident you have the skills, attitude and attention to detail to make a great contribution to the server. Welcome aboard!
The next step is to contact...
Hey thanks for that, the house is 95% perfect.
Just watch out for those interior roof rafters, you've double layered the thatch (as in there's another layer of thatch stairs visible from the inside beneath the exterior thatch roof) so I'm not sure if you're quite across the rule yet. The...
Thanks Staf, that's looking good.
- I think some cobblestone could be mixed into the stone walls so make the gradient a little smoother, here's some examples
- You might also have enough space on the top floor to add an attic to fit a few more beds in/space for more storage.
- Can't tell for...
Thanks Staf, that's looking very nice, we've got quite a few taverns scattered around the major cities so that was a good choice of profession. Overall you've done well with the layout and shape, I've just got a few tips with the choice of blocks
- Trapdoors are rarely used for purposes other...
Thanks Wilshire, again another great challenge build! You've really picked up our approach to building quickly and shown an apt level of judgement when it comes to tailoring block choice to class/profession.
I had to try really hard to come up with notes, I might only suggest adding a little...
Here it is, I'm sure there's some areas that could be polished and refined with some second opinions, so let's treat this as the start of the conversation.
Thanks to Ark, Enah, Emote and Iwan for the help so far.
Thanks
Thanks Staf, that's very nice looking baker!
- Nice work with the overall shape and design, daub looks nice and symmetrical
- Most projects will usually have a mix of three blocks for the stone palette, I think in Sweetport's case there's also some Small Smooth Stone Brick mixed in with the Dark...
Hey Wilshire,
Well done, that's a very nice looking cobbler! Just a couple of notes:
- I think you might be using Blue Slate there for the roof, when I think the HG style is actually Black Slate (they look rather similar so it's an easy mix-up)
- I'm not familiar with that style of cage/chimney...
