Wool and other textiles are also incredibly important to making ships! In fact the most time and potentially resource intensive process of making a ship would have been the sail in the medieval period.

I'm fine with either, but stone for the larger towers/keep is also very good! Reinforces the idea that wood is the most abundant resource in the area. The stone version is brilliant proof of concept. Maybe it could be kept for Horpe, Rainhouse or Broad Arch?
